I'm using the trick described here: <http://www.sketchpad.net/multipage.htm>

to make a multipage Illustrator do***ent. There are lots of times, though, when I want to print a single page. I can do it, but it looks like the entire do***ent is getting sent to the printer each time, which can take a long time. Is there an easy way to have Illustrator only send one page in this case? Or is the issue with my print drivers?
