10.5.2 - Freezing InDesign startup!!!

We are having a similar problem, but we use Extensis Suitcase. Tried trashing Prefs and that did not help. Turning Extensis on/off also did not help. There are 2 accounts on the iMac: one works fine, the other crashes.
