Default CS3: CHLinguistic sample and dynamic spelling

I am developing a spell-checker for InDesign CS3, based on the
CHLinguistic sample code from InDesign SDK. But CHLinguistic seems to
have a problem with dynamic spelling: when user right-clicks a
misspelt (underlined) word, and selects "Add to User Dictionary" from
the menu, the underlining does not disappear. The word seems to be
added correctly to the user dictionary, and when e.g. writing more
text, the word is accepted. But the existing words are not rechecked,
and their underlinings remain. (When using the default speller
(Proximity), the underlinings disappear from the text nicely.)

Is something relevant missing from CHLinguistic, or am I possibly
doing something wrong? Any ideas how to get "Add To User Dictionary"
work nicely in dynamic spelling?

Thanks,
Pasi
