Default linked text boxes, 2 different styles

using CS3, I have 2 linked text boxes. Box 1 needs to 18/24 Times Roman. Box 2 needs to be 12/14 Times Roman.

Is there a way that the text can be styled according to the text box it is in so that when it is edited and reflows into box 2, it picks up the attributes in box 2? I've tried messing with object styles, but that did not seem to work.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Laura

How can the second frame (they're not called boxes) possibly impose a font on the text that flows into it from the first frame? The text will be in a paragraph style and that will determine the font.

This could be done with an object style (by assigning the paragraph
style as part of the object style but not on a threaded text frame.
