Is there a way to tell a paragraph style to revert an individual property (such as left indent) to the what ever the parent style is without having to revert them all and then reset the modifiers.

In CS3 just click the reset to base button in the style option dialog.

If it's just changing an individual property, why not just redefine the style definition?

Because I want it to revert back to what the parent style is. If I manually change it to what the Parent Style's property is and then change the Parent Style's property then the Child Style will not change with it.

Errr, are you sure about that?

Have you tried it?

Cause it does work that way for me.

Try just deleting the value, so the field is blank, in the child style.
