It is damn good, isnt it? I liked it beter than 3 onion casserole, and
that's saying something. Made two pies, all gone. Need to remember to make more next time. Cooked it in the oven, the offset was full already. I'll try to save room for one next time and see how it cooks up that way. Honestly, I've been a little leery of cooking stuff other than meat on thee grill or offset, I've got a veggie tray for the grill and wasnt too impressed by my attempts thus far, but I see you guys doing and reccomending other things often enough to make me want to try again with something different. Glad yours was a happy one too. Oh yeah, your ears might of gotten red yesterday, I told them I got the recipe from a friend on usenet named BOB. -- Tutall@hotmail.com |
