Hello my friends! I Am so happy. Diane Brookman called me just few minutes
ago on the telephone and I have spoken also with his husband (very nice
person)!!!!! We will meet in Aosta on the 20th of june (now she is in
Tuscany), then she will come back in Wales.
I Am so happy!!!!! I promise you some pictures: drinks and dishes and of
course our beautiful faces )))
I Am a little busy in this period, I Am helping a friend of mine in a pub (I
should be the chef ))) )
This afternoon I had to make three cakes !!!
See you ASAP on both NG.
Tomorrow I will be "against" USA (for the football match), but I know that
it will win the best.

It's okay to oppose our team in the World Cup. We Americans are still
trying to understand what that other "football" really is. It's
baseball season here...and my European wife couldn't care less. But
when Team USA finally wins the World Cup, you'll know that the end of
time is near. :P

Well it's not OK for her to oppose the Socceroos! There is tremendous
pressure here to refer to the round ball game as "football" which is
normally the term for Australian Rules (the American game is "gridiron"
and rugby is just "rugby"), but nonetheless soccer is suddenly getting a
lot of attention. It won't last, but it's fun for the time being. ;-)
