Default Confessions of a Sweettart addict.

I'm up to two rolls of Sweettarts a day. It's so bad that I had to visit
the dentist a week ago to cure a cavity! Dammit. I'm still hooked on two
rolls a day and at the moment am on my last 3/4 rolls worth.

It's not like I can't just quit. It's simply the flavors I'm hooked on.
Well, that and the effect of a sweettart melting on my tongue to just the
point where I HAVE to crumble it between my teeth!

The worst part of my addiction is when I unroll a given color and the
next sweettart is the same color. Well, then I have to take that one
also, and God forbid there's another matching sweettart, well, it's gotta
go as well. I've had four like kinds in a row. Not that that's a bad
thing but it does affect the consumption rate of more than one every...
so often!

I don't have a sweet tooth for anything else. Once in a blue moon NY
cheesecake, maybe. Sorry to the M&Ms and Hershey Kisses addicts. YOU know
of what I speak.

Clearly I need to sign in somewhere for re-hab to escape such a dastardly
addiction.

Friends and family have tried interventions. Thanks, but no thanks!!!
Keep your captain crunch to yourselves for all I care! I'm able to cope
with my sweettart LOVED MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD FAVORITE
CANDY!!!

Man, how do you do it? As much as I love Sweetarts (there's a roll
sitting on counter right now) after about 10-12 of the little suckers
my tongue starts to peel (Quaker Salt & Vinegar mini rice cakes have
the same effect)

Would it help if a former addict tried to intervene? I used to love
them. Still do. But I love having teeth in my mouth more. They were
so good that I would chew them, cracking off layers of the outside,
then cracking off more after that had been swollowed. Then I cracked
one, and also split one of my back molars. No root canal this time,
I'd split it through the roots. Out it came. There are 6 other caps
back there, and 2 teeth that give me fair warning that I'm a goner if I
try that again. No more Sweettarts, hard candy, or liquorice twigs,
another favorite for chewing on.

OB FOOD: Loaf #4 fell flat after rising. Too much liquid says the
troubleshooting guide..
