I don't need to do that because rights are not guaranteed in the
Constitution. The Constitution is a set of regulations for government,
not private individuals. Please read the ninth amendment and then tell
me where the government is authorized to intrude on privacy.

I believe the constitution does protect one from unreasonable searches and
seizures. Invasion of privacy has no other perposes than discoveries.
Probably cause must be based on oath or affirmation. Article VI of the
Bill of Rights

Clearly this allows the people through their elected representatives to
make laws prohibiting various things now considered as "privacy". After
all the constitution doesn't say anything about my right to drive my car.
But the legislature says I have no such right, only a privilege.

Even "rights" in the same class as those found protected by the so called
right to privacy are still banned. You can have *** with another
adult.... unless money is part of the transaction, for example.

That's all a stretch, I suspect, of what our founding fathers
envisioned. The biggest stretch is the Federal Communications System.
The United States Supreme Court, if I am not mistaken, said the FCC and
the issues you mentioned, all fall within Constitutional guidelines, so
I guess those limitations on us by government are okay. In the
situations you mentioned, I suppose the 10th amendment comes into play.
Damned if I can see a constitutional basis for the FCC though!
