Does any one have any Diabetic cookie recipes

I am trying to find some good or great tasting cookie or other snack
item recipes that are safe for a type 1 diabetic to eat. Thanks

Have you tried some of the diabetic websites? They have a lot of good
recipes.
I am still experimenting with cookie conversions for this.
Not too happy with the results yet.

I've searched a few but was hoping to get a few tried and true recipes.

Have you tried using your regular recipes and just subbing?
I like the Oatmeal Raisin cookie recipe on the Quaker box and then sub
Splenda and use 1/2 whole wheat flour, no raisins.....dark chocolate chips
instead.
