1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks separately. Add to the creamed mixture along with the
remaining ingredients.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on to greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
