1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup crushed pineapple -- crushed
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts -- chopped

Cream butter, sugar, add remaining ingredients.
Mix well, drop 1/2 teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake in oven at 375 F.
