Chocolate Risotto
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Arborio rice
6 tablespoons almonds, toasted & chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
4 ounces good quality unsweetened chocolate, grated
1 teaspoon brandy
grated chocolate to decorate
Put milk and sugar into a saucepan and heat to simmering point. Melt
the
butter in a heavy sauce pan, add the rice and mix well to coat the
grains. Add a ladle full of the hot milk and stir well.
