INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (6 ounces) solid white tuna in water,
drained and broken into pieces
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon
juice, and pepper, flaking tuna with fork. If not
serving right away, cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
