Mojito

1 Tbsp sugar
several sprigs of sweet mint
juice of a whole lime
ice
1.5 shots white rum - Bacardi Silver
splash orangina
splash soda water

Chop mint. Add to sugar, and grind with a spoon to release the mint
flavor. Use a mortar and pestle if available. Add ice, lime juice and rum.
Splash with g****fruit juice, orangina, and soda water.
Garnish with a thin slice of lime dipped in brown sugar (float on top).

This is a slight variation of the classic Cuban Mojito with Orangina, but it
adds a great taste. Watch out! These can be dangerous!


Ambassador's Punch

5 oz. Brandy
3 oz. Creme de Cacao, dark
4 oz. Rum, dark
1 qt. Eggnog
Nutmeg fresh ground

Get a large punch bowl, and pour in everything except the nutmeg. Use a
whisk or wooden spoon to mix thoroughly, then add a block of ice to keep the
punch cold. Use cold eggnog.

1 Shot Disaronno Amaretto
1 Shot De Kuyper Creme De Cacao
Whipped Cream

Method: Build first three ingredients into a heat resistant serving glass.
Top up with hot black filter coffee. Stir gently. Float lightly Whipped
Cream on the top. Additional notes: Be sure to use heat resistant glasses to
serve this drink. A dark and rich warming drink with nutty flavors.

Strawberry Shortcake

1 Shot Disaronno Amaretto
1 Shot De Kuyper Creme De Cacao - White
12 Strawberry
2 Scoops Ice Cream (Vanilla)
1 Shot Whipped Cream


Blend the first four ingredients together with ice, and a shot of
Strawberry syrup and pour into a hurricane glass. Float the Whipped Cream on
the top of the drink. Additional notes: Very sweet but deliciously fruity
and just like strawberry shortcake!


Italian Breeze

1 Shot White Rum
1 Shot Disaronno Amaretto
1/2 Shot Pineapple Juice
1/2 Shot Cranberry Juice

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker. Serve over ice in a tumbler glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple if desired. Additional notes: No

2 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
ground Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender and pour into a
saucepan.Heat gently and pour into a warm Delmonico glass and sprinkle
with nutmeg.,Some recipes call for 2 to 4 ozs. of milk, which may be used
for those liking a longer drink.
