Lady Katherine's Meat Pie
A pie of pork layered with chicken 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork 1/2 lb. boneless cooked chicken 1 egg 1 Tbs. cinnamon 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup raisins 1 9-inch pie shell In a skillet, cook pork until done; drain well. Mix with all other except the chicken. Put 1/2 of the pork mixture into the pie shell. Place chicken on top of the pork. Cover with remaining pork mixture. Bake at 400° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
