I can't say whether it is true, although I am skeptical because I don't understand why sugars would break down in water. (funny thing, usually, I am fine with dahls). IF I take the time to cook, cool and re-cook, I, sometimes, am fine. Other times, it can be quite painful. Go figure... C |
