OT: PING everyone

I've got a new PC and it will take some time to transfer all the email
addy's over from the other one. I thought those of you with whom I
correspond regularly could perhaps send me email so I'll have it to add to
my address book. Would save me some time. Thanks!

Jill you could transfer all of your rules, addresses, setups and messages
(email and usenet) easily (I noticed you posted using OE so I am just
assuming :-) that your old computer had OE).

Most email programs have an export - import for just that purpose.

Simply export your old address book to a disk or an email your yourself as
an attachment then save it the new desk top and import it from there.

Done it several times. That is also a good way to duplicate your address
book at home and at work.

True, but when I click Export it doesn't ask me where I want to export the
files TO. Shouldn't it? MS Exchange/Outlook/OE is a pia sometimes.
