PICKLING LIQUID
Makes about 3 cups

INGREDIENTS

- 1-1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon whole coriander
- 2 teaspoons white peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves

DIRECTIONS

In a large pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. Stir to
combine. While liquid is hot, pour over vegetables.
