Hi,

I have read once in a Czech newspaper Italian recipe (from
allegedly very famous Italian chef) for baked onion stuffed with
parmesan (that's was basically it -- just stuff large onion with
parmesan and bake on rough salt). Unfortunately, I do not
remember times and temperatures how to bake it. Can anybody help
me, please? And do you think I could do it in more conventional
way (grill instead of baking on salt)?
