This another good recipe from one of my Thai friends.
1 c pork, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp nampla (fish sauce)
2 Tbsp veg. oil
1 tsp flour
In pan, brown the flour. Add the pork and onion, stirring well. Cook
until pork is done. Season with sugar, brown sugar, nampla. Stir fry
until gravy is thick. Spoon into a serving dish.
I like to serve this over rice.
