Thanksgiving Broccoli Casserole
2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli(10 0z each)
1 can cream of mush soup
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1-1/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp melted butter
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain. Combine all ingredients, except
crumbs and butter, then pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle
crumbs over top and drizzle butter over all. Bake for 45 minutes.
