Post food on it.

I ate pizza for lunch because I was at the vet all morning. The dough I
buy at the shop is nice, but since I started following S's recipe and
leaving it to rise 12 hours, it isn't as nice as my homemade.

I hardly dare ask what you used to top the pizza.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.

In Sardinia at Easter, I had some pizza. Mostly very good, but it's not
often served at lunch as (in at least two restaurants) they made the
dough in the morning and it had to sit several hours to rise.

Today I had chorizo and beans for lunch. I'm trying to empty the fridge
by Wednesday, when I'm off to Prague for a week.

Last night for dinner I had monkfish wrapped in parma ham, both from
Selfridges food hall, roasted and served with pea and lemon risotto.
Delicious.

I like your new name. I wonder whether or not I should start calling
myself Nicholas, as in the knock-knock joke
