Event Details:
Festivities begin at 6:30 pm with Victory's Sunrise Weissbier, a
Belgian-style hefeweizen as invigorating as the morning rays of summer sun.

The first course is a Giant Baked Pretzel, served with scrumptious, homemade
Beer Mustard, paired with their Throwback Lager, a light, crisp & golden
summer offering.

Next in line we offer a Lemon Watercress Salad with Fresh Avocado and Bacon,
paired with Victory's Prima Pils, a brew packed with heaps of hops, and a
crisp, elegant flavor.

For the third course of the evening, there are two choices. First, Pan
Seared Scallops served over Asian Noodles with Snow Peas, Shiitake
Mushrooms, Red Peppers, and Carrots in a Spicy Peanut Sauce, paired with Hop
Devil IPA. Or choose the Grilled Tenderloin topped with a Red Wine
Reduction, and served with Scallion Potato Cakes and Sauteed Portabella
Mushroom s & Spinach, paired with Victory's Golden Monkey, a Belgian Tripel
glowing with goodness.

Last but not least, the dessert course offers Homemade Peach Cobbler (yum)
with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, paired with Victory's V-Twelve Ale, a smooth
amber with hints of pear & apricot.

Tickets for the evening are $35 (excluding tax and gratuity). Reservations
