How to eat a lobster

Are there any parts of lobsters that you don't eat?... besides the
shell

(Probably there's a concoction with shells, for example ground shell.)

You should eat all parts that are black or green.

And don't skip the roe if you should get so lucky

There are no parts of a lobster that I WOULD eat... my wife, OTOH, loves the crawly critters.

Good as fertilizer, maybe.

The nuckles are the best, and well worth the effort.

It depends on the size of the lobster - larger ones have sizable pieces
of meat tucked away in lots of places.
