A while back someone posted this recipe. It called for 1 lb fresh cooked or
smoked salmon or steelhead.
What do you do with the fish? Chop it, dice it, put in a food processor before
you combine it with the other ingredients in a bowl?

Assuming it's some sort of cheese ball, you would roughly chop/flake
the fish.
