Shrimp ****tail Sauce
1 cup ketchup (see note) 1 Tbsp freshly opened horseradish - may need more is jar is old 1 tsp lemon juice - fresh squeezed or from bottle 4-12 drops Tabasco sauce or similar of preference (note: Any ketchup can be used, but I prefer Brooks Tangy Catsup, it seems to make a difference). Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a fork. Adjust amounts to desired heat and tang.
