chill time: 20 minutes

4 cups milk
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, grated of finely chopped
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup chocolate ice cream, softened
1/2 cup chocolate whipped cream

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles form around the

In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate, stirring until
smooth. Add the sugar and coffee; beat in the not milk. Over medium
heat, cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and refrigerate
20 minutes, or until completely chilled.

Just before serving, beat in the ice cream until blended. Pour into
