Default Rally's new items

They have three new grilled melts: Double spicy qeuso melt (2 for $4),
Double spicy qeuso bacon melt (2 for $5), spicy chicken qeuso melt (2 for
$5).

The double spicy qeuso melt is grilled sourdough bread filled with two
beef(?) patties with a slice of pepper jack cheese between them topped with
a spice qeaso cheese sauce ( it is spicy, nacho cheese sauce with diced hot
chilies added) and deep fried onion stripes or rings(? mine had one ring and
several stripes on one and just stripes on the other).

add bacon to the double for the bacon melt and it cost $1 more for two. I
didn't look at the chicken melt for a description but I will stop by within
the nest week to try it.

Wow see a new item posted on the sign and try it out. hell I was going to
Arbey's for lunch but went to rally's instead just because it said it was
spicy, I like spicy food!

If I was a die hard fast food fanatic I would had to wait a week till I had
the time or felt like trying something new.

Lets break down these 2 slices of bacon for $1 more:

The restaurant supply house here sells bacon for $2/pound. Which
means that a place like Rally's is paying around $1.60/lb.
There are an average of 16 slices in a regular pound of bacon. Fast
Food bacon is paper-thin, but we'll give them the benefit of the
doubt and pretend they only get 24 slices of bacon out of a pound.
Let's not forget that those are really half-slices of bacon, never
full sized bacon on fast food.

So those two strips of bacon are really one strip of paper-thin
bacon, cut in half, which comes 24 slices the pound and costs the
restaurant $1.60/lb. And it's terrible, fake flavored, unsmoked
bacon. It's god-awful stuff.

What this boils down do is that for and extra $1.00, they will
gladly put on 2 half-strips of paper-thin bacon which only costs
them a mere 6.6 cents. That's a 1500% markup on the bacon alone.
They're selling a pound of bacon for over $24!

Some people work very hard for their money (I'm not one of them, but
they are out there). Charging $24/lb for paper-thin, artificial
bacon oughta be illegal.

Cme in Italy and order a pizza other than margherita or marinana or
napoli: they'll always charge you one or more euros for a ridiculous
amount of added crap. Some cheap pickled mushrooms, some cheap
prosciutto, some cheap everything... And when you ask for an extra
topping which is not in theyr list, they charge you the price of the
most expensive extra they have in list. Once I ordered a gorgonzola
pizza in apizzeria which didn't have it listed, they ha din list
some add-ons and the cheapest was double mozzarella, 1 euro, and the
most expensive was prosciutto crudo from san daniele, 4 euros. I
Payd my gorgonzola pizza 9 euros, 5 for the basic margherita and 4
for the most expensive addon they had listed, as if I had ordered
"prosciutto crudo from san daniele". The stupid fuckers stole me 4
euros for some bits of shredded gorgonzola, and that was the last
time they saw me, about 5 or 6 years ago.

Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean others don't want to
read it. What a dumb-shit you are.

Its not that I dont understand it, it just that I don't CARE about it.
Imnever gonig to Italy in my life, and I couldn't give a rats ass what goes
on over there in there fast-food world. Because, fast-food is a american
thing, so anything they have over there is just a copy of the amercian way,
maybe with small locol changes made that nobody in the US would ever care
about. I have a right to demand that all off-topic crap stay OUT of this
newsgroup, and as of now, discussion of Italy is OFFICIALLLY off-topic.
