Picked up a small jar of the Tiger Tiger Balti paste at the cash and carry
as I was aimlessly wandering. Followed the instructions on the side of the
jar to the letter and made suprisingly dish!

Never had much faith in "jars" but this one really was pretty good. I used
chicken but may try again in a few days with lamb for a change.

Hi Tony, I have started to keep Lidle's Jar pastes
in the cupboard for use when I don't feel up to a
properly made Curry.
I usually use Chicken Breast meat in the Tikka Massalla
curry sauce & I am amazed how good it is!
Better than any creamy curry I have made myself.
(And its cheaper than anyone elses)
Lidle's 1Kg Packets of Basmati rice are also good & cheap.
