I buy a couple of tins of Fortnum & Mason's Chai Masala every time I go
to London. No idea how authentic it is, but it is as delicious as any chai I've tasted in Indian restaurants or homes and tastes just as good. Made up with lots of sugar and full-fat milk it is more than moderately Godlike. Made with no sugar and semi-skimmed (not really terribly authentic) it's a lovely clean refreshing drink. pete -- pete@fenelon.com [Support no2id.net: working to destroy Blair's ID card fraud] |
