I'd like to share some of the menues with you.

I keep a copy of my Seder Menus from year to year.
Seder meals often go by what some of the family requests .
Many of the relatives are non meat eaters.
Either Seder I always offer 2 main courses
I usually serve poultry or meat on one of the Seders such as chicken, lamb,

Wow, can I come to your house next year? (It's really hard being a pesco-vegetarian at Passover!!)

I'd like your recipe for this. I've tried to make it but never found a
good recipe, although i've eaten good mock liver at delis and the like.

Oh yum! Another recipe request if you don't mind. Something different
is a nice idea!!
