"carnito" may be a recent slang term for a small penis, but "carne" is
a feminine noun, so it's going to have to have the "-ita" suffix to
mean "little meats".

Any time you see the "-ita" or "-ito" suffix on the end of a word, it
means "little" or "humble", as does the "-ote" suffix.

carne f.
1 flesh
2 (alimento) meat: no me gusta la carne de cerdo, I don't like pork
3 (de un fruto) pulp 4 carne de cañón, cannon fodder
figurado familiar carne de gallina, goosepimples ♦

familiar "ser de carne y hueso", to be of flesh and bones (to be only
human)

"en carne viva", raw:

"ten*a los pies en carne viva", she had the feet en raw flesh, (her
feet were raw)

Just trying to find out if it's a proper Mexican word. Err...
Spanish. Whatever.

Carnito with a capital C is a Spanish surname, and there have been
race horses named "Carnito", but, so far as I know,
"carnito"is recent slang, or it's a misspelling.
