Subject: Corn Flour

Awhile back I bought a bag of corn flour to make tortillas but I'm too
lazy to bother with the process. I've searched the Internet for other
recipes using corn flour but all I can find are more tortilla recipes.
Nor can I found any real information on whether I can substitute it for
other flours.

Anyone have recipes for using corn flour (not cornflour as in UK) other
than tortillas?

Subject: Stadium foods German Grah-KOO-Gah
From: Miriam Domino <recipes@swcp.com>

Stadium foods

During the 2006 World cup games in Germany this sold during the games in
the stadiums.
It's a type of baked biscuit that is filled with cooked sauerkraut and
onions. They were delicious. They called them, and I'll spell it out
phonetically since I don't know any German: Grah-KOO-Gah.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
