Southwest Pork Chops
6 pork chops, 3/4" 1 (15 oz.) can mexican style chili 1 1/4 cup bottled salsa 1 cup frozen whole corn 2 cups hot cooked rice In slow cooker, place chops. Add chili and salsa. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours. Add corn. Cover. Cook on high 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 servings. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at recipes@swcp.com.
