Chicken Spahetti Casserole
This feeds a large crowd! This hits your "yum" factor!
1 whole chicken or 6-8 chicken breasts cooked, cubed
4 stalks celery chopped small
1/2 red bell pepper chopped small
1/2 green bell pepper chopped small
1 onion chopped small
1 1/2 lbs. spaghetti
2 cans (regular size) cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (regular size) cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
Boil chicken and remove from bone. Cut up meat into small pieces. Sautee
celery, bell peppers and onion in a little bit of butter. Cook speghetti
according to package. Mix all ingredients together, saving half of the
cheese for the top. Place in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake
at 350 degreese for about 30 min.
