Default panini makers and crock-pots for commercial use

I'm thinking about offering some prepared foods at my specialty meat
shop. It would be a deli/cafe style menu. In addition to cold
sandwiches, I'd like to offer hot, panini style sandwiches. I've done
some web searching and found many different brands of commercial
panini makers. Are there any specific brands that are superior in
quality? Also, I'd like to offer soups and other hot stuff like baked
beans. It would be on a smaller scale, so it's not worth investing in
a stove and commercial hood set-up. I was thinking that it might be
possible to use a crock-pot for this. Is there such a thing as a
commercial crock-pot? Here's a type of a crock-pot that has a large
capacity (8.5 qts) but there is no indication that it is NSF
certified: http://www.maxi-matic.com/productDetail.asp?ProdID=98

I googled for "soup kettle commercial" (without quotes) and got many
hits. Here is one example

Many convenience stores and small food service places use things like
these.
