Anyone know how to make this or something similar? Thanks, Joni ~~~~~~~~~ From: Elle Beau <ellezbeau@yahoo.com> Subject: Charlotte Rousse (sp?), a chilled dessert Years ago, my grandmother made a wonderful dessert she said was "Charlotte Rousse" (sp?). Can anyone share a recipe for this? This dessert was a chilled (or frozen?), very light-latte coloured, fluffy mousse-like, whipped concoction topped with fresh fresh fruit and delicately flavored with a bit of spirits, rum or brandy. It was served with a big spoon from a very large crystal bowl lined with lady fingers. I remember this dessert as a cross between mousse and meringue, but not quite either. No freezer-section whipped topping was used, just fresh ingredients that included egg whites and heavy whipping cream. I believe a small package of gelatin was also used. Thanks, Elle ~~~~~~~~~ Subject: Pillsbury Broccoli Soup From: CJ <recipes@swcp.com> Pillsbury Broccoli Soup I have lost a recipe that was in an old Pillsbury Recipe Booklet.
