Have you noticed that some Thai restaurants include
a lot of rice with main course entrees?... so much rice
that the actual portion of the main dish without the rice
is smaller!

None of Boston's great Thai restaurants are in East Cambridge and Don
refuses to travel.

That's not true. Just because you refuse to give him a ride to Buffalo,
that's no reason to accuse him of refusing to travel.

I'd gladly offer to escort him to the border and allow the Canucks to deal
with Don's foibles.

Maybe your ordered the Rice with Chicken on the side.
