Tomato Pasta Salad with Sun dried Tomato Dressing

Serve pasta tossed with favorite ingredients over greens and toss with
this dressing:

1/2 cup tomato juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. each minced basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes
Salt to taste.

Put all ingredients in a shaker bottle, and shake well. Drizzle over
salad.
