This is a comfort food from way back. I don't even like it all that
much, but sometimes, I've just gotta have it. You've been there,
right? It seems to be calling out for me to add a little almond
extract, but then Crash wouldn't touch it. That boy!

Bisquick Streusel Coffee Cake

2 cups Bisquick® baking mix -- original
2/3 cup milk -- or water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 large egg
--- Cinnamon Streusel ---
1/3 cup Bisquick® baking mix -- origina
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter -- firm
1 . Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease 9-inch round pan. Make Cinnamon
Streusel; reserve.
2 . Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle
with Cinnamon Streusel.
3 . Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Cinnamon Streusel
1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl until crumbly.
