I've been to Curtis' a few times, and haven't been disappointed.

I've only had the slaw and corn as sides. (Low Carb) and they have
been fine.

Bub is no longer at Bub's. His son took over a while ago, and I am
told that the quality of the food went up as a result.

If you are out in the area, try Holy Smokes in Hatfield. Last time
there, I had the boneless beef ribs, and it was like eating candy. It
was really great.

I have a friend who's always raved about Curtis's, and I've had some of
his stuff. I wasn't overwhelmed but I wasn't underwhelmed either, if
you know what I mean. I'd judge it to be better than what's usually
sold as barbecue out there, but as it's not exactly convenient to me, I
don't get there often.

I've found it to be pretty unpredictable---one time it was really
good, and two times it was so-so. Which means that I still will risk
trying it if I'm in the area and hungry, but certainly won't go out of
my way for it (I'd rather make my own).
