Sorta like a vegetarian restaurant that offers beef but warns you it is

Default Nobu London: Bluefin offerings


I think they are more than happy to serve it at $50 a pop.
However, some groups are drawing attention to the bluefin
problem so Nobu is now recommending alternatives. See:
