If people stopped eating meat what's going to happen to all the
cattle,pigs,sheep and chickens that nobody wants any more?

Tans the skins and throw the rest for the first three and pluck the
feathers and throw the rest for the last.
Mince the remnants and feed back to the next generation - who cares about
the nasty bits because we aren't eating them anymore.

BTW the none of the bits are used in (decent)beer so we don't care about
that either.
