I've now tried both the Cheddar Style and the Mozzarella style. My daughter
and I like the Mozzarella but not the Cheddar.
I have to make a special trip to Whole Foods for it but it is worth the
trouble.

Still no Redwood Foods in your neck of the woods? Their Cheezly
products are amazing.

Email them and demand they export their products to you!

steamed tofu doesn't melt on a pizza and hold the other toppings in place.

No still no Cheezerly. Redwood can export all they like but if the local
distributors don't carry something it is near impossible to get it. Just
getting the Vegan Gourmet stuff from California is a hassle. I'm at the
mercy of Wholefoods. -nancy-
