Very unlikely. The Coalition is deeming itself as the one party who will
lead for a long time with John Howard stealing most of Pauline Hanson's
populist policies in order to ensure the coalition remains in office.

As much as some of John Howard's policies on Medicare are unpopular there is
no way the Coalition will lose power anytime soon.

When the PM realises that he and his government is on the nose, they start
to look at some of Pauline Hanson's policies and steals them. The Tampa
issue and the Pacific solutiion are good examples. Anybody remember the
PM's hardline stance of not issuing a national apology to stolen
generations?

Expect to see John Howard implement as yet one more Pauline's policies just
before the next election, he is already starting on it: the public debate on
capital punishment because he knows that terrorism is not going to go away
overnight.

That is exactly how John Howard works.

About half of the Coalition's policies are stolen Pauline's policies.

Honestly I cannot see John Howard going anytime soon, and Labor have no
chance of beating Howard no matter who is the leader. Pauline is finished
no matter what because she have no more policies to offer now that Howard

Sure, the 50,000 illegals who flew in and never left you regard as
leeches, and the refugees whose children were held for years in gulags till
they were found to be genuine refugees and released into the community
