Can somebody tell me in which countries colombians can go as tourists
without asking a visa ?

I think Paraguay, because of a very old law when Paraguay almost
dissappeared from the map and Colombia saved the country. In gratitude all
Colombians are considered Paraguayan citicens.

In Venezuela Colombians don't need a visa if they arrive by plane, but laws
change frequently.

Most other countries will shoot Colombians as they come down from the
airplane.

I think they're not 100% correct seeing Czech Republic and Malta joined the
EU recently, which doesn't necessarily means they joined 'Schengen', but
does imply they should enforce EU outer border control. I'm not sure about
Costa Rica and El Salvador being visa-free. To have complete certainty it's
always advisable to check the official information of the country where
travelling to (i.e. Switzerland).
