If it will be ammended to include a state-wide vote as
well as a Hawaiian wide vote (as has been reported that
that is possible), then we'll all need to be better
informed on the issue.

I'm not to sure where the US stands on international
law as Congress has rejected a Court of International
Law which could enforce this law. Yet it would hope
that IP be respected in other countries. And it
wouldn't do harm for Hawaiians to state an application
of an irelavant law.
