I think Puggy was merely referring to the "idiots who cause all the
trouble".

Small point to note on "dual-nationality and unionism" ... nationality,
religion, your favoured political party, for or against a United Ireland,
for or against British rule, the flag you fly, the team you support and the
color of graffiti paint cannot be lumped together - some of these can be
tenuously linked but I'd be careful waving that tar brush around before your
offend somebody :-)

In any case this lady won't be the first non-native to be angry at local
thugs. Talk to any small business owner about the "local taxes" in NI and
they'll likely tell you a story or two about contributions to the cause -
used to be the case but maybe that's all gone away now - I suspect so.
