Civilian suffers complete paralysis after Israeli detention
Nablus - Israeli prison authorities released a Palestinian civilian Anas
Muslim Shreiteh, 24, after three months of detention during which he was
subject to cruel interrogation methods.
Reuters reported that Anas was released after suffering complete paralysis
and amnesia as a result of the savage torture exercised on him during the
interrogation rounds along with the surgeries, which he underwent to extract
ten bullets that hit him during his arrest.
He was one of the outstanding students in the Najah University, Engineering
faculty, and was a member of its students' council.
A state of utter dismay prevailed in the University on hearing of Anas'
